38-400 Silicone Lined Caps, 100 Count

Silicone lined polypropylene 38-400 caps are designed specifically to meet the rigorous demands of homogenizing in 15 ml and 50 ml polycarbonate vials. The caps are lined with a thick 3/32" silicone disc that prevents the cap from cracking, even when larger grinding balls (>7/16”) are used. The caps firmly seal vials, preventing leakage, and can be used for both cryogenic and at room temperature homogenization. The caps can be autoclaved for sterilization. These caps are designed for grinding vials but can be used with any 38-400 bottle or vial. Found only at OPS Diagnostics.
